no rushing with prayer allowed?

jeez.... I am about to explode i would be fighting someone with full statius on they are like 20hp and i get rushed by some random and they got prayer melee on? how sad is that? when i rush or pj at pvp i use smite so the person i rush can have a chance at killing me... make it that rushing or pjing with prayer at edge or pvp is a jail.

I fully agree, people are scared to lose spawn-able objects, Rushing with prayer should be jail.

Rushing with prayer is allowed, but it's a retarded rule.
I think it should be jailed, but no jail system has been implemented yet.
