voting... rewards?

Hi sky, xxxp4n1cxxx here, runelocus votings were reset today, and i was thinking that maybe players could vote for money? and perhaps mods(like me^.^), or admins could have a command that gives cash to players if they vote! Example, ::givecash (players name here)
PROS~more people would be voting, which would increase our server population!
CONS~server economy, dont put it to voting for 1B, make it easy as 50m, or 100m, thats all:D

Tell me, how will you catch the people who lie about voting.
What other servers do is have a special webpage for voting - you type your username in and say you are voting then it makes sure you have voted.
Then all the mods had to do was check the player list and remove them if they have been delt with.

But, it shouldn't be a big reward.

how can you tell if they vote on the webpage .. its easy to face

Ok, If they don't they don't you cant't force them to vote, but it will encourge others to vote for a prize.
